Zachary Ezrow, MSPAS, PA-C

Zachary Ezrow, MSPAS, PA-C, is a Certified Physician Assistant at LMG Family Practice. Zach was raised and currently lives in Allentown, PA.

Zach graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Prior to pursuing his physician assistant degree, he worked as a technical partner and volunteered in the street medicine program at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Zach then attended DeSales University, where he received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. He started his physician assistant career with LMG Family Practice. Zach is a registered medical examiner on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s National Registry of Medical Examiners. He is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Zach treats patients of all ages in acute, chronic, and preventative capacities. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active, music, and spending time with family and friends.
