LMG Family Practice is not currently administering COVID-19 vaccines. Please refer to the following Departments of Health (DOH) for the most up-to-date information on who is eligible to receive a vaccination, when they are eligible, and where they can receive it. Also, below are links to local pharmacies/facilities that you can register at to reserve a place in line to schedule once vaccines become more available. Please be patient, inventory is still not able to meet demand.

COVID-19 Testing Resources
If you need a script for an appointment, please call us at 215-361-5090 option 2 to schedule a virtual visit with a provider
1. Montgomery County Testing Sites – Multiple Locations – Monday-Friday
– Schedule online at https://data-montcopa.opendata.arcgis.com/pages/covid-testing-page or call #610-970-2937 – It will always say next day is closed and will open the schedule only the morning of (usually 7am).
2. Tower Health Urgent Care – Plymouth Meeting or Gilbertsville – Monday-Saturday
– Call #484-628-9402 (Plymouth Mtg) or #484-659-0100 (Gilbertsville) to triage and for testing instructions.
– Qualifications: Have symptoms, known exposure, or needs a script.
3. Grandview Urgent Care – 1715 Sumneytown Pike Lansdale – Walk-in – Daily
– Schedule online at https://www.gvhurgentcare.com or call #215-453-5600. Must have symptoms.
4. Pixel by LabCorp – https://www.pixel.labcorp.com/covid-19 – At Home Kit
– Qualifications: Symptomatic or recommended by provider – do not need a script. Ships directly to your home.
5. 15toKnow – Plymouth Meeting – Rapid Testing

6. Lehigh Valley Health Network – Richland Township (Quakertown) Center – Walk-in – Daily
– Call #888-402-5846 to triage and schedule appointment or if you have a script from us you can walk-in.
7. Patient First Urgent Care – Multiple Locations – Drive Thru – Daily

8. CVS – Multiple Locations – Drive Thru
– Schedule online at https://www.cvs.com/minuteclinic/covid-19-testing. Ages 10+.
– Qualifications: symptomatic, referred from a provider (no script required), or known exposure.
9. Rite-Aid – Multiple Locations – Drive Thru
– At 8 am same day to be tested, schedule online https://www.riteaid.com/pharmacy/services/covid-19-testing, Ages 18+
– Qualifications: Anyone 18+ years old can get tested.
10. Walgreens – Multiple Locations
– Schedule online at https://www.walgreens.com/findcare/covid19/testing. Ages 3+.
– Qualifications: Anyone can be tested, must choose “Live in or have visited an area where there has been community spread of COVID-19*”
11. American Family Urgent Care – Warrington – Drive-Thru – No appt
– Call #215-874-3209 to see if testing available for that day, first-come first-serve basis.
