Directions

From the North (Route 611, Doylestown Bypass):

Take Rte 611/Doylestown Bypasss South.  Merge onto US-202 S toward Norristown and proceed 5.2 miles. Turn right onto County Line Rd and proceed 0.7 miles. Turn right onto Horizon Drive and proceed 0.1 miles. The LMG Family Practice office will be in parking lot on your left.

From the South (US-202 South):

Follow US-202 North to County Line Road. Make a left onto County Line Road and proceed 0.7 miles. Make a right onto Horizon Drive and proceed 0.1 miles. The LMG Family Practice office will be in the parking lot on your left.
